Did anyone see Sheffield University on University Challenge tonight?

Just a little embarrassing - the score was Sussex 100 Sheffield -5 at one point. Final score Sussex 235 Sheffield 100

Yeah, as a Sheffielder that graduated Sussex I didn't really know who to cheer for.

I think the decisions was a little unfair to Sheffield as some points. Especially the interruption with wheat intolerance when the answer was gluten.

I'd have given him it; Paxman can be a miserly so-and-so at times.

God, I'm pedantic.

There was only one person on the Sussex team getting the majority of the starter questions. Without him, imo, Sheffield would have had a lot better chance.
