Been told i have got this, and have been "given" a reward, but it is not what i thought it should be...what do you reckon rewards for this are???
I will get back to you with what i think, as well as a number of people i know think, as well as what i have been "given" :)

I'll give you 10% for making this all so crystal clear.
Your reward is your salary, I assume.
If you got 100% that means you are doing everything that is expected of you.
Well, we used to get about £20 worth of high street vouchers for 100%.
If the pub got three in a particular period, then we got £500 to spend on a staff event.
If you won a promotional period you got £100 worth of vouchers, and if the pub was the best at the promo in the region, we again got £500 for a staff event.
I bet you got a few beers.
I bet you got a certificate, a badge, or a trophey to keep for 1 month :hihi:
We sometimes get a £10 voucher for our own store  or a bottle of wine
your not gona get sh*@ if they are like my place
well, th emanager has offerd me a nigt out, fully paid by "him" he said for keeping our pub at the top of the league
now my girlfriends mum and stepdad used to run pubvs and they say the usual reward for a 100% is £100 bonus
This was even the case when i worked at KFC! :O
Beakerzoid 07-11-2005, 09:12 It is pretty much up to the company you work for how they wish to reward you. There is no ground rules.
Anything should be acceptable, because 100% simply means you were doing your job - nothing more nothing less. A night out fully paid for would suit me down to the ground.
If he gives you cash he should (if he's doing things properly) deduct tax, National Insurance and if applicable Student Loan repayments. So your £100 bonus might end up only being worth £60.
Be grateful for the night out - it's somthing above and beyond your salary, as a reward for doing your job.
Well I think it's a well done to you hope you are jolly proud of yourself.
Enjoy your unexpected treat.
Aye Andy, G18241 should be grateful he/she gets paid at all. Bah humbug!
kittykat 08-11-2005, 00:52 We get £100 if we get 100% in a mystery shop, but as far as i know, no one has ever got 100%. To get 100% you have to be wearing a name badge, look smart, acknowledge the customer within 30 seconds, ask certain questions (open ended) find out what they want and need - if you cant supply it then offer an alternative, have a in depth knowledge of all products asked about, offer them a store card, invite them to return....and the list goes on.
For minimum wage, theres NO CHANCE ON EARTH i would do all that for a customer, and no customer .. apart from the mystery shopper, would appreciate being hounded like this.
Well done to you for getting 100%, you definitely deserve whatever you get for it.
bananapie 08-11-2005, 09:47 Too right Kittykat! I HATE it when a shop assistant starts the mystery shopper routine  Can't they be given a prize for leaving people alone?

I didn't say that.
But to be given a prize, simply for doing your job, and then moaning that it's not good enough, seems a bit ungrateful.
Think of people who don't get any bonuses at all, but get sacked if they put a foot wrong.
bananapie 08-11-2005, 10:05 I don't think getting 100% for a mystery shopper is "just doing your job" - it's being a pain in the **** for many customers - I don't want to be harrassed about store cards, asked if I need any help every two seconds etc etc
fridgeman 08-11-2005, 16:30 i used to be a mystery shopper going round various pubs, restaurants the places we visited varied from typical town pubs to country b&bs.
we saw some right sights.

Would that be Lush on Fargate by any chance? I've stopped going in there because I cant stand shop assistants pouncing on me as soon as I walk through the door
