I am thinking of buying a property I have seen at Auction shortly & wondered if people knew websites / information for average prices on things such as:

Central Heating System
Double Glazing
Builders (per hour work)

I know this is slightly vague, have you been through a similar situation? Can you recommend others that can help? Have you purchased at Auction previously, please get in touch - all info would be greatly appreciated.
