Hi,
I am trying to burn a film of my hols onto a dvd using nero burning but can't figure out how to do it, it looks very complicated to me! My film is in windows media format.

Any help much appreciated

1) Start Nerovision Express

2) Choose MAKE DVD then DVD VIDEO

3) Click ADD VIDEO FILES

4) Browse to your video file and click OPEN

5) We'll assume it's all edited so click NEXT

6) We don't want an awful title page so at the top right drop-down select DO NOT CREATE A MENU

7) Click NEXT

8) You should now see a preview of your film. Click NEXT.

9) Pop a blank DVD into your writer and click BURN.

However, you could do all that and it'll burn perfectly, and it's a possibility that WMV files might not work on your DVD player unless it's one like mine that plays EVERYTHING you could possibly throw at it.

Using Nerovision converts (transcodes?) the WMV to a genuine DVD video compilation so it will play in just about anything.
