Is anybody planning to visit the leeds film festival (http://www.leedsfilm.com/) this year? I was there for the opening gala last night which included a q&a talk with Terry Gilliam. Which was very good (apart from an interviewer who knew nothing), sadly all the questions I wanted to ask about don quixote, tideland and the Weinsteins were already asked by other people before I got my turn.

Got a few more interesting films on my card to go yet, sadly can't get to the horror all nighter this year though.

If you really like your movies it is recommended....(not as good as the LFF but not bad)

it annoys me that Sheffield doesn't have a film festival (yes I know we have a documentary festival. wooppee) and I'm too lazy to spend money going to leeds when I can often buy it on dvd from Asia anyway.
