Hello,

I am starting a new exercise class on Wednesday nights 8pm - 9pm at Wisewood Sports Centre. The first session is on the 19th Jan and is free. You need to book on to get the session for free by calling 233547. This is a great opportunity if you are new to exercise to come down and see what you think.

The class will be circuit based and everyone will work at their own level. If you are nervous about starting exercise and want to try it out in a fun and friendly environment come down and give it a go.
