Is it possible to get out without paying a fine? DaBouncer 03-11-2005, 10:35 Probably not without paying the remainder of the 6 month contract in full and essentially 'buy' yourself out of the contract. raskel 03-11-2005, 10:36 no, you'll have to pay, mines £150 if i wanted to leave with 5months to go. so im going to stick it out. I think the only way to ge tout of it, is if another provider will pay it for you, and you become there customer. spicey 03-11-2005, 10:37 Con someone else into taking over from you? Classic Rock 03-11-2005, 10:38 If they are in breach of contract though you may have some ammunition to use and then negotiate with. Assuming of course that you've complained til you're blue in the face and aren't getting anywhere? venger 03-11-2005, 10:39 Perhaps someone could advise you on this, if they have not delivered the service they promised, then they are in breach of contract first ! venger 03-11-2005, 10:40 Originally posted by Classic Rock If they are in breach of contract though you may have some ammunition to use and then negotiate with. If you join with Telewest, the terms and conditions state that if you move address you will liable for a further 12 month contract, and if you move in to a non serviceable address, you are still liable for the remainder of your original contract.
