I put Murdochs on Division Street as the most yummy peperoni pizza available anywhere.

Anybody agree or any other recommendations? :)

Nibbles Pizza, Broomhill are very good.

Also, Elif's and Harlequins (both on Ecclesall Road) aren't bad...

Harlequins is getting some support on the forum as they are also highly rated for their fish & chips too.

"The Harlequin" is the Fish and Chip shop near Hallam Uni...

"Harlequins" is a kebab/pizza place on Ecclesall Road near Oddbins.

I normally use Pizza Pan & Grill on London Road because it's closest to me. They ain't bad, but I can't say that I'd strongly recommend them. They've got my order wrong in the past and I had to put up with a 'Meat Feast' when I asked for a 'Tropicana'. :x

chatanogas at woodseats is the bizznizz. proper tasty and good value for £.

Crown pizzas....on West St....absolutely the best pizzas. Years of experience in pizza testing :wink:

taste of kashmir on crookesmoor is possibly the worst pizza place ever, the pizza actually taste ok, just that you're almost guarunteed to be ill the next day. The same could be said for best kebabs at banner cross.

got to be Nibbles in Broomhill. Run by Sicilians I think. proper pizzas baked in massive ovens while you watch or while you pop over the road for a pint. Not expensive and taste amazing.

We changed our pizza delivery after what may have a mild case of food poisoning.
Just a bit sussed that everytime we had a pizza we suffered from tummy upsets and the runs.

We now buy only from Kingdom Grill which attempt to kill you with toppings. I highly recommend their Kingdom Special.

That is actually too difficult a question to be honest, as it would be down to people's personal preference.

As for best pizza place - take away - I love the one on West Bar opposite 7 spices. Forgot its name though.

Sit down - K-Pasa is very good, although is not only pizza, and Rossi's is also good, at top of London Road

Alfie and Bella (http://www.alfieandbella.com) do the best pizzas in Sheffield, absolutely no question. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

I'm with Greenback on this one, Alfie and Bella's RULE and you can get beer/wine delivered with your pizza! They do gorgeous handmade pizzas, including some veggie and vegan ones, as well as v impressive salads- they make everything themselves, roast their own chicken for pizzas etc.... mmmmm am hungry now :love:

Have to agree there clipboard. I went last Tuesday and got two 12"'s for £6.50 and it was rammed.
Pizza was nice, you can see it prepared and cooked and it took about ten minutes for order to it being on my table.

Is that the one kind of opposite Subway (never thought to look at what it was called)? If so, I second that. Greatly underrated pizza, tastes great even if you're not plastered, and they seem to bake the bases and not fry them so they're not dripping with grease.

I'm a fen of dominoes, mmm. heres a tip; buy the sun over the next few days and collect 3 tokens you get a free pizza and a lrg bottle of coke.

tyhe best take away pizzas I've had in my area were from Pisa Pizza and Mama's Pizzas in Crookes and Walkely respectively.

I've always thought that Nibbles in Broomhill was good, especially their Vegetarian with extra olives and mozarella.

Had a pizza from BRB tonight after work - absolutely gorgeous and very cheap (especially if you have their card with you - 2 for 1!)

BRB's without question! Absolutely gorgeous!

Crown pizza on West Street are amazing.

They knew me and my friends by name, let us off when we were short on cash, and even helped me out with ice and a place to sit when i sprained my ankle and wrist on a night out. Really friendly, genuinely nice guys in there.

Plus the fact the pizzas are really nice too adds to the appeal!!

Alfie and Bella do the best pizzas in Sheffield, no question. Try it and you'll never want a bog-standard takeaway pizza again.

Thin stonebaked pizzas with interesting toppings. Not greasy at all.
Plus, if you buy a membership card for £1 then all pizzas are BOGOF all the time! Which makes them work out arond £3.50 each - bargain!

I have yet to try a pizza which can beat theirs, so no doubt I'll be watching this thread like a hawk - lol.

Domino's Pizza are the best by far.

Great freshly made bases and awesome selection of toppings - I just love dipping my crusts in the dip!

Not too pricey 7.99 for a large which is a good size for 2 adults.
