WTF?! Well I've seen mis-carriages of justice but..... Rita in Coronation St got sent down last night on Corrie for allegedly giving that annoying brat Chesney, named after an equally annoying mid 90s 1 hit wonder "pop star", a clip round t' lugholes.
I know it's only a storyline but it doesn't instill much confidence in the wig wearers who decide that kind of thing in my opinion, I mean poor old Rita, she's getting on a bit t'old lass, and she's in t' nick for something she didn't do!
Does anyone else think the storyline is beyond ridiculous?

Apparently she got sent down for yelling at the magistrate and telling them they were not fit to be in the said job.
I must admit though - I would quite happily slap that little ginger woman... Cilla thingy bod woman

Is it just me or was Rita's acting dire? Or maybe she's supposed to speak really slow and strange :rolleyes:
That Cilla's a right dog.... I've seen better looking women when I used to frequent the sportsman near us on a Tuesday night.... on both sides of t'bar ;)

saw rita in the flesh once - her hair was MUCH more ginger than it is on TV. I don't think RGB can reproduce the brightness of it.
