I have just been told about this by a neighbour he was found in the village and has been taken to warm and safety by some good Samaritans please PM if the dog is yours

Yes it is registered as "found" on doglost I put it on myself. I have spoken with the coordinators and between us we are going to hopefully try and find out what's happened to the dog and if it has been reunited.

It will stay on doglost until we know.
