The F word with Gordon Ramsay last night Channel 4. Just a step too far in my opinion. Pretentious London types all, apart from Gordon, utter Z list material. Not interesting, not informative or even amusing. Utter drivel.

I was disappointed too. Only saw the last 20 mins but doesn't seem like it was much better earlier.

I have admired Mr Ramsey. Not always liked how he treated people but he's a good a cook and always watchable.

But last nights F Word was dire. He came across with no endearing features. Quite cringing really.

Didn't learn a thing except Al Murray had made a bread and butter sandwich ( comment repeated by Mr Ramsey at least 40 times). Boring.


So it's back to Full on Food on BBC2 which is fun and informative.

Frankly, I think Ramsay is a disgusting, foul-mouthed, cowardly oaf. I have recommended a suitably condign punishment for the hectoring lout on my 'Most Slappable Face in Entertainment ' thread, which involves public humiliation and a degree of physical pain. He may possess Michelin stars for his cookery, but his behaviour towards staff is beneath contempt. I sincerely hope that one day, one of his bullied 'victims' resorts to litigation, or better still kicks Ramsay's testicles into his vile mouth.

He gives me horrible flashbacks to my waitressing days. I fear he is encouraging all the really nasty head chefs out there.

Well i've seen the advert for this programme and I could'nt be arsed to watch it and I believe that most reality **** are a programme too far. They are just pure exploitation at its saddest.

If you call Video Nasties such as SS Experiment Camp, I Spit on your Grave, Cannibal Holocaust, Snuff etc. exploitation then these reality programmes are pure Evil, in the sense that "Evil" is the ultimate as it has no real opposite! "Good" is the opposite of "Bad".

Now someone may correct me here but the word "Evil" I cant think of a true opposite.
