Hello there, people!
I was taught to knit as a young 'un but got no further than half a scarf in 39 years! Have just discovered the joy of knitting toys tho!!
Have just knitted an owl courtesy of a pattern by fluffandfuzz. [I'd insert a photo but don't know how]
Anyone got any other simple knitted toy patterns please?
Thanks
If you look at the 'who we are, where we meet etc' sticky , and scroll down (a long way) you'll find a list of free knitting pattern websites . The patterns on most websites are graded as to the difficulty , so you may find something suitable to knit .
Why not join us at Millhouses (next Tues), see our knit and natter sticky.
Ooo thanks
I'd love to join you but got a little one so can't do evenings
Do you do any daytime meets?

Jean Greenhowe toy designs are quite simplistic and charming too. There are a few free patterns, and a directory of her books on her site[here (http://www.jeangreenhowe.com/index.html)
Fanfa, there are some daytime meets, they are listed on the same sticky as the free pattern websites. At least one of the ladies from Millhouses goes to the one at Crystal Peaks.I'm sure you'll receive a warm welcome at any of the meets as knitters tend to be nice people!
Thanks, Ladies. I'm now a member of Ravelry x
