I've finally just discovered what this random programme that appeared on my computer is but now I'm wondering if it's ok to get rid of it?
It's a driver for a cd burner or camcorder, according to stuff that came up on Google. It's not even a big file, it just bugs me being on here!
Does it stay or can it go?!

You should leave it be.
It is not only a driver for a CDR/W, camera or DVDR/W (+/-), but also (according to the site at this link (http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/dlllibrary/winaspi/)):
winaspi - winaspi.dll - DLL Information
DLL File: winaspi or winaspi.dll
DLL Name: ASPI Driver Library
Description:
winaspi.dll is the ASPI driver used to control CD-ROM drives, CD/DVD writers, and tape drives and is often required by CD writing, ripping, and backup software.
