Hi everyone.

My name is Rob and I run RBH Fitness. I'm a qualified REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and I'm here to try and sell some sessions to keep me going over the Christmas period.

I'm doing an offer for Christmas where 1 hour sessions cost just £12.50. There is no minimum order quantity and I'm mobile which means I come to you.

Sessions can be delivered (and paid for) after Christmas as long as the order and a 'letter of intent' is received beforehand. (I'm trying to minimise orders being placed and filling up my diary then being cancelled :))

I offer all sorts of training. Whether it's general fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, postural correction or flexibility. I can do it all! :) and I aim to make every session fun. I'm also a qualified first aider and I'm fully insured.
