There was a review in Metro today about boho. I'll let you decide for yourselves, but just a suggestion

Can highly recommend Rafters at Ranmoor (Oakbrook Road) for a special occasion.
I love it so much I can never drag myself away to try anywhere else.
It's not italian - good variety on menu - food is exquisite!!
Probably about £30 per head with a couple of glasses of wine.
Small restaurant with nice 'quiet and relaxed' atmosphere although you might take the place over if you've got a big party.

Seasons can do party bookings on Abbeydale road. You have to pre order if there is more than 10 of you though - good food, reasonably priced. Check out the review in Wednesdays Star:D :D :D

Portofino on Chesterfield Road, tried tested and enjoyed many times - well priced, not too expensive with great service. If you fancy something a bit pricier try Nonnas on Ecclesall Road.
