Can anyone suggest anything cheap to do for fun on saturdays during the day. i have two friend's to entertain but we are also all skint!! Nothing too enerjetic though please, we are couch potatoes!!

Have a DVD-a-thon! Everyone put's money in the kitty and you get DVD's (or videos) and some snacks and maybe beer.

Close the curtains, get the quilts down and chill out watching them!

I did it with the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. First 2 were the extended versions (4.5 hours+) and the 3rd was.. er.. oh bugger it- the 3rd was a copy. Relaxing, cheap and effortless!

Although I wouldn't do it with a bunch of lads. only a girlfriend. I suppose it's fine for a group of girls to do it though.. Paint each other's nails and all that.

Sounds pretty good, what type of music is played? Judging by your name that may prove to be a daft question.. but still curious.

All the good old rock music that you can sing along to. Rock anthems as well as some chilled out tunes.

Can you name a few artists for me?

Think of a classic rock performer and she probably plays his/her music in her pub.
