Been wracking my brain but can't think. Are there any art shops in Sheffield, where I can pick up blank canvases and paints? It's for a drab living room that needs perking up.

Try Au Naturale,

they have just opened a store at Meadowhall retail park,they sell blank canvas and paints alot cheaper than Hobby Craft .

And if you cant be bothered they sell prints and pictures in frames

There is one in Barnsley too

There is an art shop behind Atkinsons, near Stokes Tiles, but I can't remember what it's called.

That would be Pinders, but I've never been impressed with their prices or service.

There's also Carson's on West Street - they carry plenty of art supplies in addition to their stationery supplies, and have always been very helpful.
