I want to create a few banners for my website for others to put on their websites, but not sure what is best to use, I have seen the online banner creators but they are just standard ones, I want something a bit flashier, so cost not a problem.

Size is : 468 x 60. Anyone any ideas what is best ?
I have done a search beforehand and cannot find anything on this.

I've got lots of programs that are specifically written to produce web banners. However, none are brilliant and have limitations:(, to the extent where we use either Fireworks, PSP, Photoshop, CompactDraw and RealDrawPro for creating banners.

Have a look @ BannerCrafter (http://www.webmasterfree.com/bannercrafter.html) for a freeware prog and see if that offers what you're wanting (unless you've already tried it).

Alternatively, there's always Download.com (http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tag=srch&nid=1&qt=banner&tg=dl-2001&search.x=0&search.y=0&search=+Go%21) which seems to have a decent selection of banner related sw:).
