Would be good to hear peoples ideas and knitting projects!!

Stone me now, I'm done. I decided years ago that last minute knitting was too stressful so if it's not done by the time the shops put their trees up then it's not happening. I've made two knitted Christmas stockings, a pair of mittens and a woven scarf. I'll be giving the stockings and my mother is giving the mittens and scarf.

I'm knitting a pillow with father christmas on it, mind years ago I started to make a pegged rug with a father christmas on it, and that took three years, and when my eldest son was doing his A levels he used to have a go, he says it helped him take his mind off his exams, and it still comes out every Christmas, but I would like this pillow for this year.

I've done several pairs of socks and a scarf with more of the sames to follow.

Wow, done for Chrimbo already - that IS organised! I'm knitting my mum a gorgous warm scarf in Sublime. She is really the only one who would appreciate anything like that lol!!!

This is my first Christmas knitting so i don't think I'm quite good enough to send out presents - plus I don't like working to a deadline....having said that, I have seen a nice snitch from Harry Potter made into a Christmas decoration, which should be quite good and it will mean rather trawling through the Christmas shops, I will be going through all the wool shops ;)

I cannot say, or it would not be a surprise and Santa may not come!!
