Okay, this is the first jumper I have ever knitted for Mr Radish, for his birthday. He has had far too many hats, some socks, you know the usual gubbins. I'd heard of the sweater curse, the one whereby you knit your significant other a jumper, then they magically disappear from your life forever, a while ago. So, I suppose what I am asking is, has anyone ever suffered from this curse? Should I bin the jumper now and save myself from a lifetime of eternal peace and quiet, erm misery and solitude (whoops!) Or is it a load of old bunkum?:huh:

I think I may have read the same thing, but since my husband doesn't wear em, I can't help I'm afraid. I'm not superstitious either, so I think that goes a long way.
