Help, I have an Acer Aspire 6930G,since returning from holiday it's all going wrong.
1st I had lost internet connection,phoned talktalk they got it working again.
Now usb port,web cam and SD card reader have stopped working :loopy:
I have tried reinstalling drivers but keep getting error code 10 & 31.

Not very helpful without a full log.

have you unistalled the usb root drivers?

uninstall all ,Reboot pc and the drivers should reinstall , if they still dont work then its ether a motherboard fault or a failing usb device(s)

I am not clever enough to sort it out I have tried but don't want to make it any worse.

Stick a Linux live CD in & see if they work with that. If they do, then it's a Windows problem - either repair or re-installation.
