I think Thorntons still make it - they seem to have a shop in every town.... :)

Also called cinder toffee... I love it too :)

They used to sell it in huge bags at the Black Country Museum in my home town of Dudley - I used to get some as a reward for going down the horrible mine that shook.

I am sure the Old Fashioned Sweet shop will sell it just off park square roundabout. Where Granellies ice scream is.
