I was just curious as there are pink sheep in Nanny McPhee (which I saw recently) and also with the TV digital switch on character, are there any others that you have seen whether they are fictional or not?

View Full Version : Where have you seen pink sheep? Mr&MrsRadish 16-10-2010, 17:14 Have you been on the firewater again? Just kidding! Anyhow, just consulted a trainee farmer I happen to know rather well and have been given information about sheep and unnatural colours. Farmers spray sheep to indicate whether they have had or need medication, blue paint generally meaning they have been dewormed. They are also sprayed to identify pregnant ewes and you can get patches to place on ewes that will pop and spread colour when the ram has mounted them, so that you can identify which one has been mated. That's all I can tell you until I get my head in the Uni paperwork, when she brings it home:). sherakapod 21-10-2010, 09:21 They are also sprayed to identify pregnant ewes and you can get patches to place on ewes that will pop and spread colour when the ram has mounted them, so that you can identify which one has been mated. . Don't they just have a smile on their little ewey lips to identify them? I wouldn't like being sprayed every time I'd been mounted. :o Mr&MrsRadish 21-10-2010, 10:24 Don't they just have a smile on their little ewey lips to identify them?
