could this cafe have been on meadow street at upperthorpe , i seem to rememember one on there but not too clearly it was a long time ago .

yes i remember it we used to go up there on our motobikes first time i had a cappicino or frothy coffee,good atmosphere

There was a place you could get a coffee in Uperthorpe, it was at the back of ther Infirmary and it was called the Eversley House, was also used as a youth club.
Could this be it.
What road did she live on?.
