Can anybody recommend a good family tree software programme.

I have spent hours and hours collecting information and I now need to get it all on a programme.

I don't mind spending a few bob if I get good results and an easy to use system.

A quick Google just brought this (http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/) up that might be of help.

The software download off the site is only a 30 day trial but at least it gives you a chance to play with it and if it serves your purpose you can always buy the full version from the site.

You can get one free from the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (mormoms) family history website

Called Personal Ancestral File (PAF) its a free family history program in which download it fully on to your PC so you dont need to be online to use it.

I personally use this and have had no problems with it, it uses the standard .ged format so that you can import/export from other family tree maker software.
