One for MS Project 2000 and 2003 users.
When changing or adding/removing resources, Project 2003 throws up a handy Smart Tag so you can make sure that effort-driven scheduling or the Fixed-unit task default doesn't arse up your plan (e.g. you can set it so if you add a resource the duration doesn't decrease if your adding the resource because it will take more people to do it in the same period of time).
I know that you can go in to Task Information and amend the task type, turn of EDS etc., but I was wondering if Project 2000 or 2002 throws up similar warnings to the Smart Tags or if you have to work it out properly.
Hopefully, there is a lazy-mans equivalent to Smart Tags!
Cheers
