have any of you heard of goalball? there used to be a team called the sheffield scorpions, if you've heard of them. i am now trying to set up my own team so i you are interested REPLY!!!

have you any more info about the game- to try and get people interested?

I used to play regularly for the Sheffield Scorpions but we haven't been able to get a team together for ages. I still have some equipment and a couple of friends would be happy to help out again if there is sufficient interest.

What is goalball?

goalball is a sport for primarily blind and visually impaired people. the object is to throw a 1.25kg bell ball past the opposite team who are throwing themselves at the ball to stop it going in.
