As we may be moving shortly, I'm trying to start budgeting for everything (scary). Does anyone know how much removal companies actually cost (rough estimates welcome)?.

Most of the ones in Yellow Pages tend to be around 40 pound per hour. Minimum 4 hours.

A 'man with van' might be a cheaper option.

We're looking to move and I've rang around, I was quoted £30ph min. 4 hrs.
Seems to be the standard.
