Officers would like to speak to the youth(s) shown on the attached stills (http://southyorks.police.uk/news/details.php?id=1652) who may hold vital information into an incident in which a CD/MP3 player was stolen from an unattended car.
The Vauxhall Corsa car was left parked, secure and unattended at around 1800 on Wednesday 6 April 2005 on Scotia Drive, Manor, Sheffield, when it was broken into by thieves who peeled back the door to gain entry and broke the cowling, believed in an attempt to steal the car itself.
However, this would appear to have been unsuccessful so a CD/MP3 player was stolen from the vehicle.
Any information about the incident or the identity of the person(s) on the photographs should be passed to PC Nick Benn at Attercliffe Auto Squad on 0114 2964450 or via Crimestoppers.
Please don't post any information on here - but call the number given or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
