Don't bother trying the lettings office. They no longer allow residents to rent a space in the residents carpark. Instead, they have given all 40-odd spaces they did rent out to Capita Symonds instead...

Luckily I found one cheaper from a man who owns several. I do believe they are all currently being let.

I've never seen the carpark even half-full! Mind you, only been here a week.

There maybe more people who have a space but don't use it, or save it for visitors. Maybe its worth putting a note up on the notice board saying you are looking?

i've put notices up 2 but had no replys
