OK, OK, OK, OK...after a little help from our friends at The TUESDAY CLUB at last month's stormer with DRUMS OF DEATH and BLAME we're back. And we kick off the new term with two of the most exciting acts of 2010 in the world of broken-beat and 'future garage' or whatever you'd like to call it. It's good and thats all you need to know.

SEIJI (Turbo)
http://www.myspace.com/seijimusic

Paul Dolby, better known as SEIJI to the likes of mortals like me and you, has played a pivotal role in the evolution and enrichment of UK underground dance music. He is a forerunner in all things fresh and new in the scene alongside the myriad of recent UK Funky and New Garage producers such as MARTYN, BOK BOK, 2652, SHORTSTUFF, GEENEUS.

One of the progenitors of 'broken-beat' with is role in the hugely successful BUGZ IN THE ATTIC in the 1990s, he's back with a unique sound after years of producing his own eccentric take on house, hip-hop, techno, dancehall & garage. His talents as a DJ are unsurpassed in the scene, mixing a breadth of genres and tempos with supernatural skill and flair, winning regular slots at super club FABRIC in London.

He's sounds a bit good doesn't he? Well he is. He's flipping good. Recent collaborations with RITON at Turbo recordings 'Computer Juice' just indicates his excelled diversity and sublime production skills. Don't miss this opportunity to catch this fella in Sheffield.

SBTRKT (Grizzly)

Next up is man of disguise SBTRKT. Some of you may be lucky enough to have caught the masked man at BESTIVAL but those of you unable to go, will see him up close and personal in little ol' DQ.

Collaborations with SINDEN under his brand new 'Grizzly' label have been destroying dance-floors up and down the Isle for months. FACT magazine have kept a close eye on this talent for months and his mix is anything to go by he will keep the dancefloor locked 'til the wee hours of the morning.

All this talent and we haven't even mentioned our super-talented residents. As usual the motley crew of ANDY H, MR SHANKS and TIMMY DUTCH will be on hand to provide support with precision and skill.

Looks set to be a fantastic start to the new term at Sheffield.

Don't miss this special installment.
