Mosherchik 23-01-2004, 11:29 Its not too bad, bit dingy but plays fairly decent 80s tunes and there are always some 80s throwback types in there who still dress like extras from Miami Vice! :loopy: There's a new 80s bar just opened called Reflex (used to be Edwards) not tried it yet but its supposed to be good! there has been a rumour that they are going to shut down the 80s bar on West St but thats been going round for some time now so dunno if its true :) cazzaworld 23-01-2004, 11:34 Cool, I will have to pop in there. Mosherchik 23-01-2004, 11:41 There used be quite a few 80s nights, but they seem to have vanished... :( the Leadmill and Planet Earth was pretty good! The 70s has come back into fashion tho! If you fancy 70s Flares is good, aim for a Thurs as you dont have to pay to get in and its two for one cocktails. Fridays and Saturdays you pay and it tends to be packed! Id keep well clear. It does attact 80s throw backs, dressed like they are from miami vice except way more ugly and decrepit. I went in there a couple of christmas eves ago, no end of old wrinklies grabbing my buns [shudder]...
