jus a quick question to the people who go to concord, what is actually there? sauna? gym quality?

The facilities have improved dramatically since the refurbishments. The Gym is now on two levels, all new equipment. I believe they also now have a sauna, although I've not tried it myself

they had a swimming pool too, dont know what its like though

swimming pool is quite decent, tabletennis, badminton, tennis, five a side soccer, cafe, gym

Pool is small... I can stand up in the deep end... Theres a kids pool by the side of it, so its quite a nosy place if you go evening/weekend...

Gym was having a re-furb last time i went... which was YEARS ago...

Oh and dont hang around there after dark... I certainly wouldnt walk to it.

Concord also has a fantastic kids club at the weekends if you want to get rid of the brats for a few hours. A friend of mine leaves her kids there every saturday and sunday and says when she goes to pick them up they never want to leave!:D

From what I've heard, it's so busy that you sometimes have to queue behind 3 or 4 people for a machine.
