Does anyone know any information on what used to be known as The Pearl works in Sheffield town centre?? The last i heard is that the council were looking into developing that area but a propsed blcok of apartments was rejected at planning stage. It has been empty for what must be at least 10 years!! any information will do, from what it used to be or any information on who owns the property now. Any info will be greatfully recieved.
