It's been a long while since I last exercised and have finally decided I want to get fit and return my body to it's former glory.
However I've only just moved to Sheffield and cant seem to find any exercise classes other than at the big posh gyms they have around which is way too expensive! Does anyone know of any good ones in or around the Gleadless area?

I know they do all different classes at Graves Leisure Centre from step to salsacise etc. I think its about £3 per class.

Try the Fitness Unlimited, there are an excellent range of facilitys at a reasonable price. You can pay as you train as well.
