I'm new here.. i 'd like to know what 's the best night club in sheffield where play electronical music like, house, trance,drum and base.. etc...

I need the music

Breaks - Urban Gorilla @ Charles St.

Trance - Crasher @ GC1 (hardly ever on anymore though), Filth @ GC1

Drum n Bass - Tuesday Club

House - Boutique & Hed Kandi @ Bed (closed until March while they fix it - February Kandi will be @ GC1 instead)

I'm sure others will add more as there's enough about :D

look out for headcharge and planet zogg, both have great crowds and are fun all nighters...

Do you know anything about Groove Armada playing at bed at the end of jan. I've had two different friends from different cities, swearing blind that they are supposed to be playing, but Bed is closed, so I am confused.

Haven't got a clue mate - I'd love to see them meself :D

All I know is that Hed Kandi, 7th Feb has been moved to GC1 - dunno if they have it all or if they'll just get the main room???? Hopefully they'll host Boutique there as well while someone remakes the Bed :)

I think Groove Armarda will be playing at GC1 instead.
Bed is closed for "refurb" so we'll have to wait and see what happens!

It's changed from refurb to fix the drain system that's knackered under the club, they didn't realise it needed doing until the refurb had started, lol.

Does that mean they're kicking S1 1DJ out for a few weeks then? Oh that would be sweet :D

What's happening with them now 'cos I heard the Arches were closing but dunno how much truth is in it???

headcharge is now back at the arches. all sorted now apparently.

Its moved to Zero now! Saturdays. Gonna be proper heavy.

that's a shame, I liked the fez. Not been to .zero since it's been .zero, last time I went it was capital and was full of wannabe gangsters, is it still like that?

coalition is the 3rd sat of each month now at .zero.

think bailey is headlining aswell, checkout www.breakbeat.co.uk for the lineups im sure it'll be on there somewhere.

.zero is changed hugely since capital, and the soundsystem is mint, the only things that are the same are the wonky tiles in the toilets and the nice long bar so u dont have to que up for ages.

me likes it.

my personal fave venues are .zero, fez when they have bands (that place looks well swish for bands) and i really like the arches i just wish that someone would spend some dosh in there, cos the layout is fantastic.

There is hard house at Turbulance in .zeros on 5th Feb. Amber D is on.
