Can anyone suggest places to get a outfit from for my mum for my wedding doesn't have to be specific mother of the bride anything from dresses to trouser suits will do please help. I'm going go insane if I cant find anything.

Have you tried New Image on Middlewood road, hillsborough - they do mother of bride clothes and are always changing their window displays - they're not cheap but its always good to go to an independant shop where you'll get some good advice

i was going to suggest new image too.

im assuming youve done all the usual high street places?

what about taking a day trip out somewhere- mix in a days shopping with somewhere with lots of boutiques, a spot of lunch and some mother daughter time.

you could try leeds or harrogate :)

Jaques Vert in Meadowhall, although it is a bit "Mother of the Bride" my Mum got hers from here and it was lovely.

Or hire a personal shopper at Harvey Nics, we also went here, got free champagne, the works.

When I got married my mum found a lovely trouser suit from M&S which did the job perfectly and was suitable to wear for other occasions afterwards.

John Lewis have nice formal things too. Think they also have a personal shopper service.
