can anyone advise me how to delete u lead basic from my computer and re- install it , as when I try to remove it it comes up as " problem has occurred and need's to close blah blah blah" I installed it when bought my digi camera and each time I try it comes up as " this application will not work as U32 prod.bll could not be found. Try reinstalling the application. When do, the the installing info say's " it already exists " Any idea's anyone ?

Firstly remove it through Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel then start again (although it sounds like you have already done this).

Secondly, how long ago did you install it? If you're running XP do a System Restore do a System Restore to before you installed it and then try again (go to Help and Support, search for 'run System Restore Wizard', click on the link and follow the instructions).

If you're running 2000, you may be able to run System File Checker to find and replace any dodgy dll's. This is Start - Run - cmd, then type sfc, then type /scannow - this will find and replace any incorrect dlls. Or at least it should. I think.
