Macmillan Cancer Support on Saturday 11 September are holding a Coffee Carnival in the Oasis, Meadowhall. We are promoting our World's Biggest Coffee Morning event on Friday 24 September in which we are trying to raise £250,000 which will contribute towards the £8m national target.

We need the help of local carnival themed/childrens entertainers to do performances and workshops throughout the day.

As a charity, we are looking for entertainment providers who will donate their services free of charge, with the understanding that the Coffee Carnival event will be a fantastic opportunity for personal promotion. We will be producing bespoke advertising including a programme of events, hopefully advertising on local radio, and are also in talks with local news teams to cover the event on the day. Your details would be included in this advertising, and your work seen by the thousands of people who visit Meadowhall each Saturday.

If you would be willing to help on the day we are also in need of enthusiastic volunteers!

We are extremely excited about this event, and we need help from local people to make this a success!
