has anyone heard who might be taking over as landlord on wybourn or surrounding area

I spoke to the council a month or so ago asking them about all the boarded houses on the Wybourn and around Skye edge. Theres always youths hanging around them vandalising things and generally causing a nuisance. Theres a couple of unused places on boundary road which always have a motley crew knocking around it, they leave debris all over the place and theres often broken glass in the road etc. Feel sorry for the people that live in the houses next to these places.

Anyway, back to the thread; the council rep said that they were negotiating with a company that was going to buy all the unused property, do them and rent them out. Nothing was mentioned about occupied premises but then again I wasnt talking about them.

Would this same company be the one thats funding these 'kids' to wreck the estate so they get the buildings cheaper..
