Ah Chocolate Labrador, not Chocolate Laboratory.

Much clearer now. No we have a cat, and it doesn't follow anyone.

When I was in Abbeydale Rd Sainsbury's yesterday I did happen to notice that on their customer noticeboard someone had posted one about a lost black labrador that had slipped its lead in the Millhouses area. I don't know how dark you mean by chocolate but maybe if you rang the shop they could tell you the contact number on the notice.

Take the Lab to the nearest vets and get it scanned. It could be that it's chipped. Ours is and I would sincerely hope that should anything happen to our pooch someone would have the knowledge to do this. Technology is a marvellous thing init!
Also don't forget to keep us Labrador owners updated with the progress of this. These dogs are unique and faithful characters and deserve going the extra mile for. The poor thing is probably as miserable as sin if it's seperated from it's home and Family.

What a happy ending - I'm sure Benji's family will be eternally grateful that such a thoughtful person found their loved one.
