I have a large 2 bed house in Dagenham, Essex with the RTB, both bedrooms are double sized, the property has GCH, it is double glazed throughout, has a 60ft garden & a very large parlour type living room which is about 22ft in length, the local council are due to totally re-wire the electrics and also put in a fitted kitchen, they also plan to put the gas meter outside the property.
The property is close to local transport links i.e. bus routes and the tube station, it is also only about 9 miles from London, which is ideal for people who like to be close to the city for work or socialising.
There are 3 big parks within the area, which is ideal if you have a dog, the park is very beautiful and has lots of wildlife, ducks and squirrels.
Nice neighbourhood, excellent schools within walking distance, colleges & universities near by and also lots of employment opportunities if you so happen to need to look for work once moving.
I am after a 2 or 3-bed property in Sheffield, ideally in the areas of the City Centre, Walkley, Crookes, Meersbrook, Nether Edge, Stannington, Hunters Bar, Hillsborough, Ecclesfield or Chapeltown.
I am open to all offers from Houses to bungalows but no flats; I will also consider offers from housing association owned properties.
I hope there is someone out there that has a property in the area that I mentioned above and I have what you are looking for as well.
