Was discussing this in the chat room earlier and thought I'd ask as I'm off in abit and would welcome any ideas - I'm very hungry but do not want anything too heavy before bed.

What's your fave bedtime snack, any suggestions?

Bananas and oatcakes, with a cup of herb tea- wow, do I sound exciting or what?

Except if i stay up late and have breakfast before going to bed then cup of tea and toast.
