hi can anyone tell me the best place to get a grappling dummy from? :help: :D

what's a grappling dummy? i posted about a grappling iron a while back...still want one peeps!

it's used for working ground n' pound & grappling drills.if you have a look at septembers fighters only mag ian'the machine'freeman is using one in the training tips bit.hope that's some help to you.:thumbsup: oh what's a grappling iron by the way?:confused:

So...grappling dummy is used in wrestling practice?

A grappling iron is one of those things you tie to teh end of a piece of rope and either throw up a wall to hook at teh top and pull yourself up, or throw in to the river and drag out lost bicycles and shopping carts. :)

:P thanx didn't know that's what thay were called. ye the grappling dummy is used in wrestling,mma &bjj[brazilian jiu jitsu] practice especially if your training on your own:thumbsup: it's a partner that you can beat the s*?t out of & he wont hit you back:heyhey:
