Hi,
Has anyone been to Chiang Mai recently?
I am going in march and want to know what it is like for travelling (sightseeing) independantly.Buses availability, taxi prices etc.Not tuk tuk for lengthy journeys.
I get a couple of trips thrown in but would rather DIY.
Thanks

Thanks, Pattricia!
I'm with you on this one!
All city bus routes have been discontinued. Public transport in the city is by red minibus (converted pick up trucks).
