The new classifieds don't actually work like that melthebell.

If you want a picture showing on the ad itself then you upload a picture during the posting process. When you get to the bottom of the posting form tick the middle of the three ticky boxes and this gives you an option to attach an image.

Your image needs to be a normal sized JPEG, just attach it to your ad then upload the ad as normal. Your image should now appear in your ad.

If the image is not uploaded during the posting process then you will need to post a link as above.
