Hi There,

I'm getting married on the 25th September this year (2010) and I'm looking for a photographer who can do exactly what I want. I know it's short notice, but I'd appreciate some help! I am on a low budget as I haven't had long to save.

As it isn't a big church do, I will need them for approx 1 hour 30 mins in the morning and approx 1 hours 30 mins at night.

I want pictures of the wedding ceremony at Sheffield Town Hall which will be around 30mins long. Then for all the formal pictures outside for around an hour.

Then I would like them to come to the reception later on that night to take pictures of the first dance, cake cutting, garter and bouquet throwing. Which should last approx 1 hour 30 mins.

So all I want is 3 hours work 1.5 hours from 11.30am - 1pm and 1.5 hours from 8pm - 9.30pm.

Below is a list of all the pictures I want taking:

Ceremony and Formal Pictures

Grand father kissing bride on forehead or cheek
Wedding rings on ring bearer pillow
Groom waiting for the bride
Bride walking down the aisle with grand father
Grand father giving bride away
Bride and groom at the alter
Bride and groom holding hands (close-up of hands)
Bride and groom exchanging rings
The first kiss
Bride and groom leaving ceremony site
Throwing confetti, etc.
Bride
Bride with parents and grandparents
Bride and Groom with her parents and grandparents
Bride with her entire family
Bride with Grooms family
Groom with parents and grandparents
Bride and Groom with his parents and grandparents
Groom with his entire family
Groom with the bride's family
Groom
Bride and groom
Bride and groom with all family together
Bride and groom and the entire wedding party
Close up of bride and groom's hands clasped together with rings showing
Bride and groom signing the marriage certificate

Total 27 (ish - obviously more if you take more than one of the same pose)

Reception
Bride and groom's first dance
Bride dancing with father
Cake
Bride and groom cutting the cake
Bride and groom feeding each other cake
Bride tossing bouquet
Girl catching bouquet
Groom removing garter and tossing it
Guy catching garter
Guy and girl with bouquet and garter

Total 10(ish - again obviously more if you take more than one of the same pose)

These ideas are not set in stone. But it is the sort of thing I'm wanting.
So ideally I'm looking at about 40 photos.

The ones in black are the ones I want posed.

The ones in blue are the ones I want to look as natural as possible, not posed or anything. I just want the moment capturing as natural as it happens. I hope I'm making sense with this babble!

Please PM with prices, contact no and availability and I will get in touch.

Many Thanks for your help.

Alicia

Get in touch with Donna and Della at Helena Ruby Photography

http://www.helenaruby.com/index.html

Donna is a friend of mine, and did our wedding photography 2 years ago when they were just starting out. And we love her pictures more than the "official" ones!!

There are prices on the website, but they will tailor packages to your needs and budget x

There is a thread dedicated to wedding photographers on the forum, as this thread now seems to be turning into an advertising space I'm closing it. If you feel you can assist the OP, please contact them directly.
