Hi all,
I've finally moved to Sheffield on Riverside Exchange. I'm renting through Saxton Mee and last Saturday went in to ask about sorting my window handles as the previous tenants must have used them as swings or something!? How long does it normally take them to sort stuff out? They said they'd contact the landlord and get in touch with me but I've heard nothing all week.
Want it sorting as it's getting cooler and having a window that won't shut 100% isn't good for keeping the heat in.
