Hi I am hoping someone can help,
recently change my rear wheel on motorcycle disc bolts all rounded off so had to drill the heads off so I could fit the disc to new wheel.
Have tried stud extractors, I now have 2 bolts with snapped extractors stuck in them as well and 1 with a broken drill bit in. Only managed to remove 1 of the 6 bolts.
Hoping someone can help or point me in direction of some where that can remove these with out damaging the wheel or threads.
thanks

Drilling and using stud extractors isn't just about drilling a hole: you need to drill, accurately, the biggest hole you can, without drilling into the threads the stud is stuck into. hth
