My broadband is (no, that should be was) supplied by Waitrose.com.

I took up their offer to increase my broadband speed to 2 meg from 256k. Last Wesnesday, my broadband service disappeared. :( It hasn't been back since. :mad: :mad: :rant: I have been onto their helplines umpteen times - it's all BT's fault apparently. :suspect:

If you are thinking of changing or starting broadband, my advice is cross Waitrose.com off your list.

This is typical of people buying stuff from companies that have little or no experience in what they are selling.

Waitrose = groceries !!!

Although Tesco's seem to get it right every time the venture into a new arena.

If your in a telewest area get blueyonder, it's never let me down yet:thumbsup:

Telewest is 20 feet away across the other side of the road - so near but so far. They never installed it on our side of the street apparently because we are in a different council ward this side of the road.

Question is, who do I move to?

If the fault is BT's, how do you suppose you'll get broadband from anybody else? :suspect: :confused:

You might have some luck with LLU providers as they dont use BT's hardware to provide the service.
